VMC Setter

We are looking for an experienced VMC Setter to set up and optimize VMC machines for efficient production in an automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in fixture setup, tooling selection, offset setting, process optimization, and production troubleshooting.

• Set up and configure VMC machines for production.
• Perform fixture setup and tooling selection.
• Conduct machine prove-outs before production.
• Set and adjust machine offsets.
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production and machining issues.
• Ensure quality standards and production targets are met.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams.
