Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counselor to assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and travel requirements. The ideal candidate will guide applicants through the visa process, ensure document accuracy, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with embassy and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding tourist, business, student, work, and dependent visa requirements.
Assess client profiles and determine suitable visa options.
Guide applicants on required documentation and application procedures.
Review, verify, and organize visa documents before submission.
Prepare and submit visa applications through embassy portals, VFS, and other authorized channels.
Track application status and provide regular updates to clients.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers.
Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and travel advisories.
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure data confidentiality.
Resolve visa-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in visa processing, travel consultancy, or immigration services.
Strong knowledge of visa procedures for major destinations such as Canada, USA, UK, Schengen, Australia, Dubai, and Singapore.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation management.
Proficiency in MS Office and online visa application systems.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with travel agencies, visa consultants, or immigration firms.
Knowledge of VFS, BLS, and embassy submission procedures.
Multilingual communication skills will be an advantage.
