Visa Counselor guides clients through study, work, tourist, and PR visa processes, providing expert advice on eligibility, document preparation, and application submission.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Evaluate client profiles, interests, and goals to recommend appropriate visa types.
Documentation: Assist with gathering, reviewing, and filing necessary documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy regulations.
Communication: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information
Process Management: Guide clients through the entire application process, including interview preparation and appointment scheduling.
Sales & Targets: Convert inquiries into successful enrollments to achieve monthly sales targets.
Compliance: Stay updated on changing immigration laws and embassy guidelines.
