Telecaller

Hollister Travels is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with potential clients, promote travel and visa services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for helping customers plan their travel journeys.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain travel packages, visa services, and promotional offers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with inquiries received through social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Schedule appointments for visa consultations and travel planning.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with consultants and sales executives for smooth customer service.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, travel, or visa consultancy is an advantage.
