Team Leader - US Logistics

• Position: Team Leader – US Trucking

Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month
Location Preference: Candidates must be residing in Mohali or within a 50 km radius.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in US Logistics / US Trucking

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of dispatchers and logistics coordinators.
• Monitor daily trucking operations to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers to resolve operational issues.
• Track shipment performance and maintain service quality.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with US transportation regulations and company SOPs.
• Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
• Improve team productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the US Trucking/Logistics industry.
• Prior experience leading a team is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, load planning, and carrier management.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated work-from-home setup.
• Must be based in Mohali or within 50 km of Mohali.
