Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle

Source candidates through job portals, social media & references

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage offer process

Build and maintain strong candidate pipeline

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.)

Basic understanding of recruitment process

Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
