Relationship Banking Head -RBB

We are hiring for our client, a reputed private sector bank, for an exciting leadership opportunity in Retail Banking.

Job Location: Jalandhar, Punjab
Experience Required: Minimum 12 years in Retail Banking
Salary Package: Up to ₹22 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive retail banking business growth and achieve assigned targets.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, portfolio expansion, revenue generation, and cross-selling of banking products.
• Set performance goals for RMs, monitor productivity, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate Relationship Managers to improve sales performance and customer relationship management.
• Build and strengthen relationships with high-value customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive team performance through effective sales planning.
• Monitor sales pipelines, business productivity, and portfolio quality.
• Ensure adherence to banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Retail Banking.
• Strong experience in team handling and managing Relationship Managers.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving retail banking growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
