Job Description
• Graduate with more than 15 years of end-to-end RCM experience, of which at least
10 years should be in US Healthcare provider side of business
• Should be a subject matter expert and have in-depth knowledge of all functions of
RCM (AR and Denials Management, Billing, Payment Posting, Charge Entry and
Payer Calling)
• Experience in leading & managing a team of 100+ people
• Experience in managing all aspects of the delivery function including operations
management, key performance indicators (KPI) management and people
management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent attitude, aptitude, and willingness to learn
• Willing and able to work at the company physical location in Mohali, Punjab
