Mortgage Sales

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Deputy Manager – Mortgage Sales to lead and manage a team of sales professionals. The role involves supervising field sales activities, guiding team members, building relationships with channel partners, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, along with experience in the mortgage or home loan industry
Key Responsibilities

1. Allocate and monitor team-wise geographical areas.
2. Guide team members in area mapping and business development.
3. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and business sources.
4. Conduct joint customer visits, source visits, and coaching sessions with the team.
5. Recruit and onboard new channel partners.
6. Conduct daily team huddles and monitor team performance.
7. Review weekly sales goals and track progress.
8. Coordinate with the credit team regarding loan applications and updates.
9. Ensure the team achieves sales targets and maintains quality standards.
