• We are hiring Master Trainer for Education based Ngo company
  Location Mohali
  Education - Min B pharm / Bsc Nursing / Bds / Master in Science
  Exp Required: Min 5 years in Helthcare field

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develope and deliver high quality training programs in the healthcare domain
• Conduct engaging training session for healthcare professional and staff
• Assess learning outcomes and ensure effective knowledge Transfer
• Mentor , guide and support trainers to achieve excellence

Requirements:

• Educational background in Healthcare (Bds / Bpharma / Bsc Nursing / Master in Science)
• Min 5 years of experience in Healthcare field
• Proven exp as a trainer / educator will be added advantage
• Excellent communication skills requird
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills required
• Passion for training and development healthcare professional
