We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on IT professional to lead the development and implementation of complete Software, ERP, and AI-driven business solutions.
Position: IT Head – Software, ERP & AI
Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹1,15,000 per month
Experience: 7+ Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Skills Required:
- End-to-End Software & ERP Development
- AI Automation & Workflow Development
- Advanced Hands-on Knowledge of Claude AI
- Database Management & Software Architecture
- API & System Integration
- Web/Application Development
- Business Process Automation
- Glide / Glide Apps knowledge preferred
We are specifically looking for a hands-on technology professional who can personally design, develop, and implement software and ERP solutions, rather than someone focused only on IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, or technical support.
Candidates with experience in developing ERP Systems, Business Software, Internal Applications, Dashboards, AI Automations, and Workflow Automation Projects will be preferred.
