Job Responsibilities
• Manage FTL/LTL freight shipments
• Coordinate with shippers and carriers
• Source and negotiate competitive freight rates
• Build and maintain customer & carrier relationships
• Track shipments and ensure timely pickup & delivery
• Handle documentation, rate confirmations and follow-ups
• Resolve shipment-related issues
• Develop new business and maintain existing accounts
• Work towards achieving revenue and profit targets
Requirements
✅ 1–5 years of relevant Freight Broker experience
✅ Candidates from Pan India can apply
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✅ Good knowledge of U.S. freight operations
✅ Ability to work independently in a WFH environment
