  Position: Assembly Constituency Manager
  Employment Type: Contractual Location: Across Punjab
  Role Summary: As an Assembly Constituency Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving meaningful change at the grassroots level. As the face of the organization within your assigned constituency, you will lead field operations, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful public outreach initiatives that create lasting value for communities.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership, planning, coordination, and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Proficiency in using smartphones, mobile applications, and MS Office for reporting
• Fluency in Punjabi (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
• Must own a two wheeler/four wheeler and a laptop for official work.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Assembly Constituency
