Job Description
Hollister Travels is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Tour Operator to plan, coordinate, and manage domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create memorable travel experiences while ensuring smooth tour operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and customize domestic and international tour packages.
Coordinate hotel bookings, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and travel activities.
Prepare detailed itineraries based on customer requirements and budgets.
Communicate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local vendors.
Handle group tours, FIT (Free Independent Travelers), and corporate travel arrangements.
Provide destination information, travel advice, and package recommendations.
Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation.
Resolve travel-related issues and provide support before, during, and after tours.
Negotiate rates with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer details.
Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination regulations.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tour operations or travel consultancy (preferred).
Freshers with strong travel knowledge and enthusiasm may also apply.
