Education: Minimum Graduate
We are looking for an experienced Branch Sales Manager with strong exposure in:
✔Home Loans
✔ LAP (Loan Against Property)
✔ Mortgage Loans
✔ DSA / Connector Management
✔ Channel Sourcing & Open Market Business
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage
- Strong network with DSA / Connectors
- Experience in sourcing business through channel partners & open market
- Target-oriented with leadership and team handling skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive branch sales and achieve business targets
- Manage and expand DSA / Connector network
- Develop open market sourcing channels
- Ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
