Role- RBB – Imperia Relationship Manager
Job Locations: Panipat, Haryana
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Salary Package: Up to ₹22 LPA
Qualification: Graduation mandatory; Post-Graduation preferred
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Travel: Moderate Travel

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the HNI/Imperia customer portfolio.
Acquire new high-net-worth (HNW) customers and strengthen existing relationships.
Drive cross-selling of banking, investment, insurance, and other financial products.
Achieve revenue targets and enhance customer wallet share.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries within defined timelines.
Ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines and banking processes.
Build strong customer relationships and increase overall portfolio profitability.

Required Skills
✔ Strong relationship management and sales skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
✔ Good knowledge of banking and financial products
✔ Experience in HNI customer acquisition, portfolio management, and cross-selling
✔ AMFI/IRDA certifications and NRI product knowledge preferred
