Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial transactions, monitoring budgets, preparing tax documents, and supporting the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as required.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting or financial management.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll processing.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
